I'll always have fond memories of Karl, my family would load up the vehicle and head 725 miles from Cincinnati up to LeRoy to invade his space with our 3 kids and the chaos that brings. Karl would come down to stay with us as well. He didn't mind cruising, in fact, we did that a lot since we shared a passion for cars. Karl had LOTS of stories, he would've made a great tour guide of upstate NY as he knew about all the small towns we'd cruise through in one of his classic cars. He made me feel comfortable in his home which isn't easy for me and I'll always remember my promise to him to take care of his baby girl. RIP to my favorite father-in-law.

I will forever cherish the 16 days we had together before you went to be with our father in heaven
The memories we shared coming up every Labor Day weekend with your grandkids when they were young, all of us will keep these precious times in our hearts!! I am so grateful for your humble embracing spirit with God in You was the best gift ever… No doubt in my mind where you are now Dad… so happy for that
