Andrea J. (Volpe) Soper- Sunnyvale CA - Andee, 79 years of age, passed away Thursday April 3, 2025, at the Keiser Medical Center in Santa Clara CA

Andee was born February 13, 1946, in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Joseph D. and Marie T. (Goffredo) Volpe. She grew up in Rochester and graduated from Our Lady of Mercy High School. She then attended and graduated from Nazareth College. Andee then headed west to California and started a career as a social worker with San Mateo County and Hope Rehabilitation Service where she worked with and was loved by physically, mentally and emotionally challenged adults until retiring.

Andee loved music, movies, reading, crocheting and knitting. She was an accomplished artist in many forms, especially her handwritten cards she created using calligraphy that are still coveted by all.

Andee was pre-deceased by her parents, Joseph and Marie Volpe and her sister Dottie Hill. She is survived by her nephews James (Cindy) Perkins, Mark (Kim) Perkins, Great nephew Tyler (Lauren) Thielges, and great niece Mckenzie Perkins all of Wayland NY, as well as family from Rochester NY and many friends and acquaintances from California.

Andee has requested no formal funeral services. Her family and friends will celebrate and memorialize her life privately.
