He lived in North Carolina - Fort Bragg. He was a war veteran corporal from age 19-22 years old and had many stories of his time there. We are very grateful for his years of service and the support he’s received over the years with the VA. He met Mary-Louise at age 15 and built a beautiful life together. Edward was a loving husband, step father, grandfather and great-grandfather that will be dearly missed by all his remaining family and friends. Edward, loved baseball and bowling. He enjoyed going out with friends, and breakfast was his favorite meal. He built the house he’s lived in for the past 47 years in 1976 in Naples, New York. He had his own construction business ‘Ed- Mar Construction’ which stood for Edward and Mary-Louise his late love. Ed loved working with his hands in his shop, wood working, working on vehicles, cutting his few acres of grass with the push mower, shoveling snow and all the upkeeps of living the acreage life (he owned 2 riding mowers). Ed was always a hard worker, a sharp thinker and had a love for Jesus. He had no choice but to grow fond of the cats/kittens that people kept dropping off and abandoning.
