Obituary of Sally A. (Wallace) Siwa

Cohocton – Florida – Sally A. (Wallace) Siwa, 63 years of age, passed away on September 6, 2017.  Sally was born on October 31, 1953 the daughter of George “Grattan” Jr. and Joan (Zeh) Wallace.  

Sally was pre-deceased by her father, George “Grattan” Jr. Wallace in September of 2014; her paternal grandparents, George and Winifred Wallace; her maternal grandparenets, Arthur and Bertha Zeh.  She is survived by her husband Tom Siwa; her daughter Patti (Leo) Vicari; her mother, Joan Wallace; her granddaughters, Haley and Jenna; her sister Sandy Johnson; along with several aunts and cousins.  

Sally’s family and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Sunday October 29, 2017 at 12pm at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 97 Maple Ave., Cohocton, NY 14826
