Alan Reynolds

Obituary of Alan J. Reynolds

Rochester / Wayland - Alan J. Reynolds.  Born 1/11/56.  End of Accounting Period October 2, 2019.  An angel is leaving us to be in physical peace and to be eternally happy.

Alan leaves us and is saying goodbye to his best friend, Esta De Carlo, his mother, Alice, brother Tim (Shelley) Reynolds, his niece, Chelsea (Jack) Cary, his nephew Ben and his favorite cousin, Tom Pragel.  Alan is also departing from his extended family:   Lisa, Matt and Gianna Riotto, and Angelina (Jeanne) Micciche.  He is predeceased by his wonderful father, John, and his favorite aunt and uncle Bill and Pat Pragel.

Alan was amazing with accounting and finding errors on any document.  He was a very religious, caring and warm individual.  His likes and hobbies were eclectic.  He was an avid bowler years ago and even bowled a perfect 300; he went to most Cleveland Browns games (with his Brown’s Backers’ Club) and always had hope for the next year.  He loved baseball.  He would nap to watch the Yankees at the west coast games starting late at night.  He was amazing at statistics and facts.  And we can never forget that he never missed an episode of The Young and the Restless.  Alan loved music, art, puppies and babies.  He is leaving a deep gap in many hearts.

A special thanks to his friends, who went over and above to help us during this difficult time:  Steve Wolocki (Terry Shehy) , Steve (Cindy) McCallum, Alex Sluk, Jon Woodruff and his friends and colleagues at Career Systems Development Corp.

Alan’s family and friends are invited to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 West Ridge Rd., Rochester on Friday Oct. 25th at 10am.  Committal prayers and interment will be Saturday Oct. 26th at 1pm at Sacred Heart Church, Chapel St., Perkinsville/Wayland.
