Obituary of Harry T. Kukuk

Prattsburgh – Harold “Harry” T. Kukuk, 69 years of age, passed away Sunday December 13, 2020 at his home in Prattsburgh. Harry was born April 22, 1951 in Guilderland, NY the son of Harold and Elizabeth (Wiltse) Kukuk. He grew up in Guilderland and graduated from high school there. Subsequent to high school, Harry continued his education at Buffalo State College with Art Education as his major. Harry and Mary Jane celebrated many years of marriage prior to Mary Jane passing away in 2005. Harry and Mary Jane moved to Prattsburgh in 1974 and he began a 32-year career as the art teacher at Prattsburgh Central School. Throughout the years Harry served his community as a volunteer ambulance driver and town board member. Harry was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Elizabeth Kukuk; and his wife, Mary Jane Kukuk. He is survived by his son, Jack Kukuk (Emma Purton) of Milwaukee, WI; his daughter, Wendy (Chris) Weckler of Shorewood, WI; his grandchildren, TJ and Olivia; and his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Young of Prattsburgh.
