For the last two years I had the pleasure of caring for Joe. Walking into his house every morning felt like home and he didn't hesitate to make me part of the family. He was kind, intelligent, told the best stories, and his "dad jokes" were unmatched. He was always willing to share his wisdom with me and taught me something new almost daily. His loss has deeply impacted me, and I will forever miss his smile and warmth. I loved him dearly. My sincerest condolences go out to his wonderful family.

My dad and Joe have been best friends since they were kids and I’ll never forget Joe saying that my grandmother was another mother for him. I will miss him deeply and so will my dad as they are lifelong best friends.

Joe was a great man . He used to stop and talk to my kids when they were little ,he always wanted to protect and serve. So glad I had the pleasure of meeting Joe .Thank you for your service Joe. Tell Kerry he is missed greatly! RIP .My sincere sympathy to his family.
