Obituary of Mary Ann Anderson
UPDATED CELEBRATION OF LIFE INFORMATION
Springwater – Rochester – Mary Ann Anderson, 93 years of age, passed away Wednesday December 18, 2024 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris.
Mary was born May 4, 1931 in Rochester the daughter of Emil and Hazel (Schrader) Brodzinski. She grew up in Rochester and resided there for many years. Mary also resided in Lakeville and for many years in Springwater. She enjoyed working at Kuhnle Brothers Trucking in Lakeville and one of her favorite hobbies was ceramics.
Mary was pre-deceased by her parents, Emil and Hazel Brodzinski; her husband, Elwin Anderson; a daughter, Joan M Baird in 2007; a grandson, Dakota Copeland; a sister Parmyliss Halliday; her brothers, Albert, Emil and Gerald Brodzinski. She is survived by her son John H. Kalpin Jr. of Springwater and her daughter Laura Keough of Wayland; her grandchildren, Mike Kalpin of Hemlock, Jake Kalpin of Hemlock, Elizabeth (Michael) Mayer of Springwater, Thomas (Melissa) Fires of Geneseo, Kara Keough of Wayland and Hunter Keough of Wayland; her great grandchildren, Jade, Wyatt, Serenity, Matthew, Natalie and Samuel; and her great-great grandchild, Lyric; siblings, Joyce Pariseau, Barbara Ludington and Theresa Spencer; along with several nieces and nephews.
Mary's family will have a private interment at Evergreen Cemetery in Springwater. Family and friends are invited to her Celebration of Life on Saturday May 24th, 2025 at 1pm at the Wayland Rod & Gun Club, 2222 Dieter Rd., Wayland.
