Obituary of Paul Riley MacDonald

Rochester – Paul R. MacDonald, 54 years of age, passed away Monday March 28th, 2016 at his home in Rochester. Paul was born March 28th, 1962 in Rochester the son of V. Paul and Martha (Riley) MacDonald. He grew up in Rochester and has remained a resident of Rochester his entire life. He was a 1980 graduate of Brighton High School and also attained a college degree. Paul was employed at Earthlink in Rochester as a member of their tech support team. He enjoyed bicycling, astronomy, anything to do with science and he enjoyed reading Popular Mechanics. Paul had a keen interest in electrical engineering and also enjoyed membership in a French Club. He was a man of good character who had a great work ethic and would bend over backward to help someone. Paul was pre-deceased by his father, V. Paul MacDonald; he is survived by his mother, Martha Riley MacDonald (Edward Meger)of Rochester; his sister, Julie (Steven) Spicer of Avon; his nephews, Zachary Tuttle and Sean Spicer; and his niece, Jenna Spicer; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Paul’s family and friends are invited to attend his graveside funeral service on Sunday at 11:00 am at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Paul R.
