Obituary of Steven Paul Infantino

Atlanta - Dansville – Steven Paul Infantino, 58 years of age, passed away Monday morning October 22, 2018 at FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua. 

 

Steve was born November 30, 1959 in Rochester the son of Charles and Frances (Allen) Infantino.  He grew up and attended grade school in Rochester and then moved to Dansville and was a graduate of the Class of 1978 at Dansville Central School.  He was a long time resident of Dansville and was a printer by trade working for the Dansville Pennysaver and the Dansville Press.  Steve then moved to Atlanta and settled there to spend time with his children and grandchildren.  Steve loved scary movies; scrapping metal; enjoyed riding motorcycles and 4-wheelers throughout the years and was very active and social.  He was a NYS Champion wrestler in high school and was very proud of that.  His pets were very important to him throughout the years as well, especially Sylvester his cat and his dog Timber. 

 

Steve was pre-deceased by his mother, Frances Weidman.  He is survived by his children, Sara (Stephen), Anthony (Amanda) and Laura (Blake); his grandchildren, Blake, Xavier, Isaak, Niko, JR, Blair, Bailey, Naturelle, Keira, Kyra, Kian, Adeli, Alasondra; his father, Charles Infantino of FL;  his sister, Kim (Patrick) Parrish of Winston-Salem, NC; his brothers, Robert (Janice) Infantino of Dansville, Charles (Katie) Infantino of Dansville, Richard (Kathleen) Infantino of Crofton, MD and Michael; along with several nieces and nephews.

 

Steve’s family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service Sunday October 28, 2018 at 11am at the St. George-Stanton Funeral Home, 109 West Naples St., Wayland. Contributions in memory of Steven P. Infantino may be made to Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association, Inc., PO Box 1102, Olney, MD  20830-1102.
